Introduction: We report a case of Cushings syndrome association with nephrotic syndrome in a patient with occult ectopic ACTH (EAS) secretion by a bronchial carcinoid and resolution of both disorders after bilateral adrenalectomy.Case report: A 42-year-old man was admitted to our department with the suspicion of EAS.
